At Nama Partners, there is a role for a performance analyst who works with partners to interpret client data and turn it into a clear picture that helps them make decisions. You will start with the data you receive from the client—from sales lists and operational reports to cost models and budgets—and transform it into an analysis that can be defended before a board of directors or the partners of a family group. This is a remote role, with the company headquarters in Riyadh, and the position is a permanent, full-time role.

How Decisions Are Made
The partner defines the scope of work with the client and then assigns tasks to the team according to the needs of each engagement, remaining updated on the files at various stages. The partner reviews the results before they are presented to the client, and the analyst is expected to explain how they arrived at a specific figure and to defend their methodology if challenged. When data conflicts or client requests change, the matter is escalated to the partner immediately rather than waiting until the deadline. The analyst’s opinion on the file appears directly in the slide that the partner reviews before the meeting, not in a separate report.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collect client data and organize it into clear work files, verifying the accuracy and sources of the figures before using them in any analysis.
- Build simple financial and operational models that compare performance between branches, units, or years, and explain where gaps exist and their potential causes.
- Prepare slides and executive summaries presenting findings to the partner before the meeting with the client, and adjust them according to their feedback.
- Attend some team meetings with the client, take notes, and track questions that need follow-up or additional data.
- Monitor performance indicators after implementation begins and update files periodically to show what has improved and what remains unchanged.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of how to read financial statements or operational performance reports, whether from studies, training, or previous work at any level.
- Proficiency in using Excel to build tables and formulas, and the ability to organize data before analyzing it.
- Sound and clear Arabic writing skills, with the ability to formulate a single idea into a short paragraph.
- Accuracy in handling numbers, commitment to deadlines, and openness to work reviews and revisions.
- Willingness to ask questions when data is missing or inconsistent, rather than presenting a figure that cannot be explained.
- Clear organization in file and task management, and complete confidentiality in handling client information.
