About the Role

This full-time Merchandiser position is part of the sales team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to maximize PepsiCo's on-shelf presence in all assigned outlets. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to planograms for both on and off-shelf displays and reporting any non-compliance. Additionally, the role involves gathering and supplying market information to the pre-seller to identify selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within OT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised in accordance with approved planograms.
• Rotate products using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities in the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
