The following is the detailed key responsibilities & qualification for the required Architect:

This role is primarily focused on reviewing, coordinating, and overseeing architectural and interior design deliverables, while providing high-level site support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with the approved design intent and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and consultant submissions.
• Ensure design consistency, quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements and brand standards.

· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.

· Support projects from concept design through construction completion.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, operator, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify design conflicts and provide practical solutions to facilitate project delivery.
• Provide high-level site supervision and technical support during construction to ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups as required.
• Monitor project progress from a design coordination perspective and support timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist in maintaining project quality, schedules, and design integrity.

· Prepare design presentations, construction documentation, and technical drawings (for limited medium & small size projects).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture & interior design, with significant exposure to hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of both architectural and interior design coordination.

· Proven experience in both architectural design and interior design, preferably within the hospitality sector.

• Experience reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and consultant deliverables.
• Familiarity with site supervision and construction coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software (knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage).
• Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
