• Assess clients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations to create personalized exercise plans.
• Educate clients on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement patterns to enhance their practice and prevent injuries.
• Monitor clients' progress and provide constructive feedback, adjusting programs as necessary to meet their evolving fitness goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor with a training from a recognized Pilates institution. Lagree certification is preferred.

• At least 2 years of hands-on teaching experience in a studio or fitness center, showcasing a diverse range of class formats.

• Strong understanding of anatomy and kinesiology to ensure safe and effective exercise modifications for varying client needs.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex instructions clearly and provide motivational support.
