مدرب تطوير مهني
تفاصيل الوظيفة
About the Role
We are looking for a Professional Development Trainer to design and deliver training sessions for small groups within client organizations, while monitoring the impact of the training on participant performance. From day one, you will carry responsibility for at least one training module and work with a Partner to identify the gap before writing any content.
This is an Associate-level role, suitable for someone with a foundation in training or professional development—whether through studies, internships, or side projects—who wishes to build upon it within a consulting firm.
About Nama Partners
Nama Partners is a strategic consulting firm that works primarily with entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and companies with significant interests there. Our work covers corporate strategy, growth, market entry, operating models, efficiency, organization, talent, digital strategy, performance improvement, governance, and risk. We handle issues that do not fit the large firm model, such as a succession question in a boardroom or a family decision regarding bringing in an outside investor. The Partners who define the scope of work participate in its execution, and collaboration often continues after the recommendation is presented.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify the training gap with the client team before designing any session and write the scope notes that will be relied upon.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and case studies, phrasing them in the participants' daily business language rather than textbook language.
- Deliver sessions remotely using the video conferencing tools agreed upon with the client, and manage the discussion within the group.
- Collect participant feedback after each session and summarize it in a short memo clarifying what has changed and what has not.
- Follow up on the impact of the training weeks after its conclusion through short calls with supervisors, and provide a proposal to improve the next module.
- Build a library of reusable training materials on topics of organization, talent, and performance improvement.
We require a basic knowledge of training principles and instructional design, gained from studies, a training program, a summer internship, or side work. This knowledge is sufficient to start, and we will build the rest with you. Beside this, we expect clear communication in speech and writing, attention to detail when preparing material, and punctuality with clients. The job requires organizing your time between two or three tasks per week and the ability to work remotely on a regular basis without daily supervision. Fluency in Arabic is required as most sessions and materials are in Arabic. Knowledge of English is an added advantage, as is any previous experience in training within a company, association, or student group.
What Good Performance Means
After six to twelve months, we want you to have a set of ready-made sessions suitable for more than one client, and for a supervisor at a client organization to say that their team is now using a specific tool or principle we introduced in the training. We track the result through the follow-up calls you conduct, participant feedback, and supervisor reports. Good performance means that your memos show a clear opinion rather than just a narrative of the session events, and that you know when material is unsuitable and suggest an alternative early on.
How We Make Decisions
A Partner defines the scope of each task and approves the training material before it is presented to the client. You prepare the material, present it, and manage the session, and reviewing it is part of the workflow, not an exception. When you find that your opinion on any session contradicts what was agreed upon, you propose the adjustment in that same week, not after the training is finished, and the discussion reaches the principle quickly. We rely on your judgment in the details of the delivery and in addressing participant objections, and this judgment is what we rely on when evaluating our work and developing it.
What the Role Offers
This is a permanent, full-time role, where the person works remotely, with the company headquarters in Riyadh. You will interact directly with the client team and see how questions are posed within a large organization and how its decisions are made. The experience available here is in understanding the Kingdom’s institutions from the inside, starting from evaluating their employees and workflows. You work with a Partner on every task, learning how to turn an idea into training material.
How We Work
We take a limited number of tasks at a time and plan for them before starting. Daily communication within the team is clear, and documented decisions make remote work possible: who owns the decision, what we are waiting for, and when it arrives. Those who succeed here usually have a habit of writing and reviewing before presenting and feel comfortable in a training room where objections are expected, even if the room is a screen. Those who succeed also know the name of the person who needs information and contact them, deal with ambiguous issues using the client's language, and verify their numbers whenever possible before relying on them.
