We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Construction / Civil Engineering to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.

Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable local

requirements.

Review technical drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project documentation.

Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and additional costs.

Prepare progress reports, project schedules, and regular updates for management.

Manage project teams, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.

Ensure the successful completion and handover of projects within the agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management.

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, and quality management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
