Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Permit & Licensing: Process renew and track all government permits and licenses (national and local levels).

• TAMM Platform Management: Handle daily tasks on the TAMM portal including vehicle title transfers and related follow-ups.

• Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance security and vendor coordination at all branches hubs and head office.

• Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare and manage loan paperwork for financed vehicle purchases; liaise with banks to ensure timely disbursement and documentation accuracy.

• General Administration: Support any other admin tasks tied to Kayishhas operations from records management to office supplies and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Public Administration Business Administration or related field.

• 2 years experience in government relations licensing or a similar admin role in Saudi Arabia.

• Familiarity with the TAMM platform and Saudi vehicle registration processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
