Project Admin - Engineer, Anywhere in Saudi Arabia.

• Enusre ontime delivery of contractual deliverables, must be good in Excel, powerBi, Microsoft

• Act as a point of contact between client and FM consultant

• Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, , and correspondence.

• Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards and project requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in collaboration with the project team.

• Coordinate with head office to resolve site teams' HR-related issues.

• Assist project team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of project-related materials.

• Maintain project databases and tracking systems to monitor FMC activities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of reports, excel project tracker, excel sheet with formulas and conditions etc.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for document-related inquiries from project teams and clients.

• Generate regular reports on document status and project progress for management review.

• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities and meetings

• Serve as a liaison between project managers, team members, and external stakeholders.

• Distribute project updates and status reports to relevant parties.

• Assist in implementing project management best practices.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years of Middle East experience in facility management and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven experience managing VVIP clients is advantageous

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
