Roasting House is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team!

We are seeking a results-driven professional with at least three years of experience as a Branch Manager. Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and manage important customer requests professionally.
• Ensure successful sales transactions and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Prepare regular reports on account activities, status, and potential issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Branch Manager (required).
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
