Architect with at least 5 years of experience (Saudi national), possessing a creative spirit and a high sense of design, and the ability to transform architectural ideas into precise drawings and technical plans using the latest engineering software, with skill in preparing and presenting project presentations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participating in the preparation of preliminary and executive architectural designs for various projects.

• Preparing architectural plans (Plans, Sections, Elevations) using AutoCAD and Revit software.

• Creating 3D architectural models and preparing executive drawings using engineering software.

• Preparing illustrative presentation drawings (3D Renderings) and readying them for final display.

• Using Photoshop software for output and processing of architectural drawings (Photoshop Rendering).

• Preparing and designing project presentations for clients and senior management.

• Participating in reviewing plans and coordinating with other engineering departments (civil, electrical, mechanical).

• Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architectural design and engineering software.

• Adhering to the quality standards and technical specifications approved by the office/company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit (BIM) software.

• Skill in preparing 3D visualizations and SketchUp.

• Proficiency in using Photoshop for architectural output.

• Skill in preparing and designing presentations (PowerPoint and similar software).

• Knowledge of additional software such as Lumion or 3ds Max is preferred.
