About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Sr. Technical Professional - Electrical to join their team. This full-time role involves comprehensive study, design, specification, and service delivery related to various electrical and electronic systems. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can independently manage complex engineering tasks and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform study, design, specification, and services for electrical and electronic systems, including power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Address power systems performance and control, cabling and wiring, lighting, and motor control centers.
• Manage communication systems, cathodic protection, grounding, lightning protection, and heat tracing.
• Devise new approaches to solve encountered problems and plan, schedule, and conduct work requiring independent judgment.
• Evaluate, select, and adapt engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Handle complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitable conventional materials, and difficult coordination.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Lead a functional area on small projects or a segment of larger projects, including planning, budgeting, organizing, coordinating, and controlling project activities.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and coach and develop lower-level professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of related experience, with average experience ranging from 6-10 years, is typically required.
• Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
