Bachelor degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10 Years and above experience in operation, maintenance or construction projects. At least three years of this experience must be in project management.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP u2013 Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable.
Additional certifications or training in relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent project planning and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Budget management and cost control expertise
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
