We seek a strategic and results-driven PMO Risk Director to lead the enterprise risk management function within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). In this leadership role, you will direct the identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of portfolio risks across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages. Your expertise will provide executive decision support through robust insights and analysis, improve portfolio resilience, and strengthen delivery confidence across all projects. Responsibilities: • Lead the PMO risk management strategy, framework, policies, and governance processes. • Provide executive-level risk insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making. • Oversee portfolio-wide risk identification covering schedule, cost, quality, commercial, and operational risks. • Direct development of mitigation and contingency plans with project leadership teams. • Monitor top risks, emerging threats, and mitigation effectiveness, escalating where required. • Chair risk review forums and ensure timely closure of critical actions. • Drive quantitative risk analysis and scenario planning for key projects. • Build risk capability across teams through coaching, standards, and awareness initiatives. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a consistent risk management approach. • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on major risks and issues for key stakeholders, including the Board, Committees, and Senior Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 16 years of experience in risk management, project controls, or major projects environments. • PMI-RMP, IRM, PMP, or equivalent preferred. • Strong knowledge of quantitative risk methodologies and governance frameworks. • Experience with Risk Analysis tools, Reporting tools and or equivalent tools. •Proven leadership experience in a Risk Director / Head of Risk role. • Experience managing multi-project portfolios and executive reporting. • Demonstrated success improving organizational risk maturity. • Extensive risk management experience across large-scale projects, covering design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning (T&C), and operational readiness phases
