Job description

• Management of current client accounts and building long-term professional relationships with them.
• Monitoring client needs and ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed requirements.
• Continuous communication with clients and tracking inquiries, feedback, and addressing them.
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure timely execution of services and projects.
• Preparation of commercial proposals and tracking client requests and contract renewals.
• Identifying opportunities to increase offerings and expand the scope of services provided to current clients.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and working on improving their experience and the quality of services provided.
• Monitoring contractual obligations and delivery timelines in coordination with relevant teams.
• Preparing periodic reports on account performance and client satisfaction levels and business opportunities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in managing client accounts or customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
• Problem-solving skills and time management within a team environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
