Job description

• Monitoring and coordinating supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinating with suppliers and tracking purchase requests and delivery schedules.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring material and product availability based on operational needs.
• Overseeing shipping, transportation, and storage operations, ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Analyzing inventory and delivery data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitoring supplier performance and evaluating the quality of products and services provided.
• Coordinating with purchasing departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Preparing regular reports related to inventory, delivery, costs, and performance metrics.
• Contributing to the development of operational procedures and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
• Addressing challenges related to delays or inventory shortages in coordination with relevant parties.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in supply chain or logistics services.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail in data monitoring.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate with various suppliers and departments.
