Job description
- Responsible for design management of the themed packaging specialty in cultural tourism projects; coordinating the design work for themed architecture, ride exterior packaging, themed scenes, art modeling, and decorative components.
- Organize themed packaging scheme development, construction drawing reviews, material selection and color scheme confirmation, node design, and sample approvals.
- Coordinate themed creative design with architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, lighting, and amusement equipment disciplines to ensure design effects match on-site construction conditions.
- Review themed packaging materials, modeling dimensions, structural nodes, connection methods, durability, and maintenance requirements to ensure safety and constructability.
- Responsible for design schedule, design quality, design changes, and cost optimization management; coordinate design consultants and themed packaging suppliers.
- Track factory mock-ups and on-site construction outcomes; organize sample acceptance, effect inspections, and design issue rectifications.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Art Design, Architectural Design, Art Design, Industrial Design, or related majors.
- 8+ years of experience in themed packaging, themed environment, or cultural tourism project design or design management.
- Experience in large-scale cultural tourism projects, theme hotels, immersive experience projects, or large commercial aesthetic projects is preferred.
- Familiar with themed packaging materials, modeling design, sculpture craftsmanship, painting, decorative structures, and construction detailing processes.
- Possess design review, effect control, supplier coordination, and on-site design management capabilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and related software; possessing BIM or 3D modeling review skills is preferred.
- English proficiency sufficient for design document reviews, supplier communication, and on-site technical coordination.
