• s.Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, treasury management and working capital optimisatio
• n.Lead financial restructuring initiatives, improving profitability, efficiency and financial sustainabilit
• y.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors and external stakeholder
• s.Manage all banking facilities, financing arrangements and debt negotiation
• s.Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the organisatio
• n.Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to the executive leadership team and Boar
• d.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, taxation, ZATCA regulations and IFR
• S.Provide commercial and financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-makin
• g.Lead risk management activities, identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategie
• s.Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting systems and internal control

s.Candidate Requiremen

• ).Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplin
• e.Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferre
• d.Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Financ
• e.Strong background within manufacturing, preferably electronics, industrial or engineering sector
• s.Demonstrable experience leading business restructuring and transformation initiative
• s.Expert knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, working capital and financial plannin
• g.Proven track record managing relationships with banks, lenders and external financial stakeholder
• s.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions at executive leve
• l.Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building high-performing finance team
• s.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging confidently with executive leadership, shareholders, banks and external partner
