Job description

• Responsible for professional construction management of artificial rockeries, faux rock walls, caves, rock landscapes, and related themed structures in cultural tourism projects.
• Review rockery detailing design, structural support, base treatment, skeleton fabrication, modeling, and surface texture treatment schemes.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, themed packaging designers, landscape engineers, waterproofing specialists, and MEP teams to resolve interface issues between rockeries and buildings, equipment, and piping.
• Manage construction procedures for rockery skeletons, steel structure supports, faux rock modeling, surface painting, waterproofing, and durability treatment.
• Organize construction sample fabrication, texture and color confirmation, construction quality inspection, and on-site effect acceptance.
• Manage construction progress, material costs, safety risks, and finished product protection to ensure the rockery works meet design effects, structural safety, and durability requirements.

Skills

• Associate degree or above in Sculpture, Environmental Art, Construction Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related majors.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years of experience in rockery, faux rock, or themed modeling engineering management.
• Experience in large-scale cultural tourism projects, cultural tourism scenic areas, theme hotels, or large-scale faux rock wall projects is preferred.
• Familiar with rockery skeletons, steel structure supports, faux rock modeling, surface texture, painting, waterproofing, and durability treatment processes.
• Able to read construction drawings, detailing drawings, and node drawings; possess on-site technical coordination and quality acceptance capabilities.
• English proficiency sufficient for construction coordination, material technical document reviews, and on-site issue communication.
