Job description

• Supervision of receiving, storing, and distributing materials and goods.
• Management and organization of warehouses, ensuring optimal utilization of storage spaces.
• Monitoring inventory levels and verifying data accuracy against actual stock.
• Execution of periodic and annual stock audits and addressing inventory discrepancies.
• Implementation of safety and quality procedures to maintain stored materials.
• Supervision of the work team, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Coordination with procurement, finance, and operational departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Preparation of regular reports on inventory movement and storage levels, including losses and discrepancies.
• Monitoring the application of warehouse management systems and resource planning programs.
• Development of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs and operational errors.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience of at least two years in warehouse management or a related field.
• Familiarity with receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management procedures.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to prepare reports and monitor operational activities and problem-solving.
