We are looking for a Land Surveyor to support road construction projects, working closely with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying for road construction projects.
• Experience in setting out road alignments, centerlines, carriageways, shoulders, and intersections.
• Ability to establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
• Experience in setting and verifying levels for embankment and backfill layers, subgrade, subbase, aggregate base course, and asphalt layers.
• Ability to check longitudinal gradients, crossfalls, superelevation, side slopes, and layer thicknesses against approved drawings.
• Experience in surveying and setting out kerbs, sidewalks, drainage channels, and culverts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for processing survey data, preparing road profiles and cross-sections, and calculating earthwork quantities.
• Proficiency in operating Total Stations, automatic levels, and GNSS equipment, including data transfer and processing.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and coordinate systems.
• Ability to prepare accurate as-built surveys, field records, sketches, and survey reports.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, verify subcontractor survey work, and coordinate inspections with consultants.
• Strong attention to detail, effective teamwork, and commitment to site safety and quality procedures.
