Deal Real Estate announces a job vacancy for the position of Accountant to join our team in Jeddah.

Work Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Entering and reviewing purchase invoices, expenses, and daily financial transactions.
• Managing and following up on accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR).
• Recording accounting entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
• Conducting account reconciliations and tracking balances.
• Recording and tracking project expenses and cost centers.
• Preparing periodic financial reports and contributing to monthly closings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in dealing with accounting systems (ERP) and Excel.
• Good knowledge of VAT and electronic invoicing.
• Accuracy, organization, and the ability to handle a large volume of invoices.

⭐ Preferred:

• Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies.
• Experience using Odoo or ERPNext.
• Experience in accounts payable for suppliers, contractors, and project expenses.
