About the Role
GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Production Engineer specializing in Thermoforming for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role, associated with AL RASHID DIRECT COMPANY, involves overseeing and optimizing thermoforming production processes.
Role Overview
The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations within the thermoforming department. This includes process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control thermoforming production lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to thermoforming machinery and processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards in all production activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a production engineering role, specifically with thermoforming processes.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing operations.
