Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Direct supervision of the execution of construction works on site to ensure compliance with plans and technical specifications.
• Monitoring project schedules and ensuring work progress according to the established plans.
• Coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure the quality of materials and performance.
• Preparing periodic reports on work progress, identifying challenges, and proposing appropriate engineering solutions.
• Ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety standards at all stages of work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the construction field.
• Proficiency in using engineering design software (such as AutoCAD) and project management software.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local quality standards.
• Ability to work in field environments and coordinate work teams.
