Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in collection or customer account follow-up.
• Proficiency in using a computer and Excel programs.
• Good communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in automotive spare parts or distribution companies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Following up on customer balances and outstanding invoices.
• Communicating with customers and following up on the collection of overdue amounts.
• Preparing periodic reports on collection and accounts receivable.
• Coordinating with sales and accounting departments and following up on financial settlements.
