The Director Government Stakeholder management & Strategic Partnerships is being hired to support and manage a team heavily focused on external stakeholder management (mainly government entities) while also taking on the regular P&L tasks asked of a commercial director. This role requires an individual with very strong existing relationships, and an understanding of the med device ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Client Details A multinational organisation, with the Saudi offices based in Riyadh. Description * Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to drive business growth. * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the life sciences industry. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial enablement strategies. * Oversee the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements. * Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. * Ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with organisational goals. * Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and recommend improvements. A successful candidate should have: * Proven expertise in the life sciences industry with a focus on strategic partnerships. * Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business growth. * Experience in managing and negotiating partnership agreements. * Exceptional existing networks within group purchasing organisations and other government bodies in the healthcare ecosystem * Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities in English and Arabic. * A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving strategic objectives. * Please note that this position is only open to Saudi nationals at this time.
