Role Overview
SJ Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Project Controls to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.
- Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
- Prepare and analyze project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programs.
- Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
- Utilize Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.
- Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project controls activities for major infrastructure programs.
- Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for schedule development and maintenance.
- Experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
