The Role of Technical Manager

SJ Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support significant infrastructure and urban development projects in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programs.
• Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure engineering designs comply with applicable design standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Review project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant technical management role.
