About the Role
Gulf Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. The job holder is responsible for preparing and organizing financial documents, following up on revenue collection, recording accounting transactions, and preparing the necessary financial reports. This role is for full-time work and requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize disbursement documents, and follow up on their audit and approval by authorized regulatory bodies.
- Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and periodic analysis.
- Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in designated ledgers.
- Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
- Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
- Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, as well as organize annual final accounts.
- Prepare specialized reports and documents related to expenses and revenues and store them in the database.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0 to 1 years of practical experience in the field of accounting.
- Ability to audit financial claims and ensure they meet all legal and financial requirements.
- Knowledge of accounting methods and procedures, and the ability to keep pace with developments in the field.
Required Skills
- High accuracy in preparing and documenting financial records.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Ability to prepare clear and organized financial reports.
- Organizational skills to manage and file accounting documents.
Work Environment
The workplace is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and this is a full-time role within the Gulf Company team. The role requires commitment to office work and collaboration with various departments to ensure the efficiency of financial operations.
