Job Requirements – Customer Care Officer

  • Academic Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Work Experience: At least two years of experience in the field of customer care or customer service.

  • Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers.
    • Ability to handle complaints, solve problems, and follow up until closure.
    • Knowledge of Ministry of Commerce regulations related to customer rights.
    • Familiarity with customer service policies and procedures.
    • Proficiency in using computers and customer service systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Familiarity with the English language.
