Interface And Administration Manager

Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced Interface and Administration Manager to join our organization in Riyadh Saudi this role you will oversee the management of system interfaces and administrative operations ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms while maintaining operational excellence. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and end-users driving efficiency and supporting organizational objectives through strategic administration and interface optimization.

• Manage and maintain system interfaces ensuring optimal performance security and user accessibility across all organizational platforms
• Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling resource allocation and process documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interface-related issues working collaboratively with IT and business teams to resolve problems efficiently
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for interface management and administrative workflows
• Coordinate user onboarding and training programs to ensure effective adoption of systems and interfaces
• Monitor system performance metrics and generate analytical reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage stakeholder communications gathering requirements and providing regular updates on system status and enhancements
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
• Customize and configure interfaces to meet evolving business requirements and user needs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and administrative protocols
• Conduct regular audits of administrative procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications :

• 15 years of experience in system administration interface management or related administrative roles
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise systems databases and user interfaces
• Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency with ERP systems database management tools and office productivity software
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience supervising and mentoring administrative teams
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Experience developing training materials and conducting user onboarding programs
• Familiarity with system integration and multi-platform environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
