About the Role
Tamween Al-Qimmah Catering Services Establishment is looking for a Human Resources Expert to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. This role focuses on preparing studies and providing advice on human resources procedures and regulations, with a focus on managing employee attendance and leave. The role requires between two and five years of experience in the field of human resources.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Preparing specialized research and studies, and providing advice and recommendations regarding procedures, regulations, and forms for monitoring employee attendance.
- Contributing to overseeing the implementation of sick leave and emergency leave policies and procedures, and updating employee-related information.
- Handling employee complaints and inquiries with high professionalism.
- Preparing, presenting, and maintaining specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations.
- Providing advice and recommendations on the implementation of annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, and other leave types specified in the approved holiday and leave policy.
- Implementing procedures for promotions, secondment, and termination of service.
- Recording all employee occurrences in accordance with approved regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of human resources.
- A deep understanding of human resources procedures and regulations, especially regarding attendance and leave management.
- Ability to prepare research and studies and provide recommendations.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to prepare specialized reports and documents.
Work Environment
This role is a full-time position and is located in Yanbu, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. The Human Resources Expert will work within a specialized team to support human resources operations at Tamween Al-Qimmah Catering Services Establishment.
