This establishment focuses on delivering high-quality food and hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional to join the team as a Junior Sous Chef.

The Role of Junior Sous Chef

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will provide support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations. This role requires a professional who can ensure technical precision in food preparation and act as an emerging leader within the kitchen brigade. The position is full-time, with a salary of 8,000 SAR monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistent quality and precision across all sections during service.
• Support, motivate, and train the kitchen team, leading by example and taking charge of kitchen operations when required.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations to maintain a compliant and clean working environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen workflow, adapting to the demands of busy services.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of culinary experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Experience in leading and mentoring kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
