The Role of Accounts Receivables Officer
We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Officer to join our client's team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and facilitating timely collections. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and track outstanding balances.
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare regular collection reports, receivables aging summaries, and outstanding payment reports.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records using SAP/ERP systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in using SAP/ERP systems for financial record management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and track outstanding balances effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
