About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a Musanadah HSE Officer to join their team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across all site operations.

Role Purpose

The HSE Officer is responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements, and actively working to minimize risks to personnel, assets, and the environment. This position plays a critical role in upholding safety protocols and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control potential hazards.
• Implement and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and permit-to-work systems on site.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive HSE reports and statistics, and maintain accurate safety records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response plans.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental roles. The ability to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements is essential for this position.
