The Marketing Manager Role
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand and drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves developing annual marketing plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights.
- Managing content and messaging across various marketing channels.
- Ensuring consistent brand positioning in all communications.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing management or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and coordinating with external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
Work Environment
This role is based on-site in Jeddah, Makkah. Team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas, and help shape the company’s brand presence within a collaborative environment.
