H&H Shaker is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on leading initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing organizational design, business process improvement, performance management, and governance. This position requires an experienced professional to drive strategic organizational development efforts aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with business objectives.
- Review and enhance organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental and organizational performance.
- Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify development opportunities.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Governance.
- Proven experience in organizational structure design, process improvement, and KPI development.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
