The Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Commercial Beauty)

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for the Commercial Beauty sector. This full-time role is based in Jeddah or Makkah and involves leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. The manager will partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and support strategic decision-making within the commercial beauty division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Manage monthly performance reviews, including analysis of sales, margin, operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Present financial insights, identify risks, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with commercial, retail, supply chain, and brand teams on target setting and performance improvement initiatives.
• Enhance reporting, planning processes, data quality, and automation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and planning timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial processes and partner with business units.
