We’re digitalising our collection and need a careful, tech-savvy officer to catalogue each piece and get it ready to sell online.
What you’ll do
Run physical inventory and keep stock locations accurate
Catalogue pieces: origin, materials, dimensions, condition and price
Photograph pieces to a consistent standard
Write clear descriptions
Prepare and upload online listings
Keep the catalogue and listings in sync
Guide two interns
What you need
Based in Saudi Arabia, ideally Riyadh, and able to work on site in Muzahmiya
At least intermediate English, written and spoken (advanced preferred)
Experience in inventory, cataloguing, e-commerce listings or similar
Strong eye for detail and accurate record-keeping
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive), online systems and basic photo editing
No art or antiques background required; we’ll train you
Advantageous
Experience with a CRM or inventory management system
Salary & benefits
Starter (no art experience): SAR 3,500/month plus accommodation during training. After training (3–4 months): SAR 4,000/month, on-site accommodation and a bonus.
Experienced: SAR 4,500/month and on-site accommodation, after a 2-month training period.
