Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits, and employee records.
- Experience with employment contracts, Iqama, work permits, and medical insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Excel.
- Experience in HR reporting, employee relations, and government transactions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
