Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle from RFQ, quotation evaluation and negotiation through PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders using Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare commercial comparisons covering price, delivery, payment terms, warranty, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers.
• Procure IT products and services including hardware, software, licensing, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• CIPP certification is required.
• 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within the IT/System Integration sector.
• Good knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Strong technical understanding of IT products, specifications, BOMs, licensing, and services.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Conduct commercial comparisons covering price, lead time, payment terms, warranty, delivery, and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, shipment, delivery, invoicing, and discrepancies.
• Monitor open and pending POs until delivery and closure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple purchasing requests simultaneously

Candidate: should had CIPP, Oracle ERP/Fusion, technical IT background, and procurement experience.
