Stakeholder Lead – Saudi National

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Develop and maintain stakeholder register engagement plan communication matrix and stakeholder action tracker.

Coordinate with authorities utilities operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings record minutes track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design/procurement/permitting teams.

Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3 RFP permitting and construction requirements.

Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decision-making with clear options.

Qualifications :

Stakeholder engagement interface coordination and authority communication planning

Education Degree

Bachelors degree in Engineering Planning Project Management Communications or related discipline.

Training/certifications

Stakeholder/interface management PMP or equivalent training preferred.

Technical knowledge

Stakeholder registers engagement plans authority coordination interface matrices communication records and regulatory requirement tracking.
