Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety awareness sessions and training for employees.
• Monitor the implementation of safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and incident response procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workplace safety.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Relevant safety certifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
