• 12 years of overall experience, including 5 years in KSA.
• Expertise in CAPEX machinery, MRO spares, and steel fabrication consumables procurement.
• Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Professional procurement certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CAPEX, MRO, and consumables procurement.
• Develop OEM and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Manage vendors, logistics, and procurement compliance.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, and HSE standards.
