Confidential Opportunity | Head – Transmission Line Business

Maxima Global Executive Search is partnering with an established international EPC company to appoint a senior leader to head its transmission line business in Saudi Arabia.

The role carries full P&L responsibility and oversees multiple high-voltage overhead transmission line projects, leading project managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complete EPC delivery—from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

• Own budgets, revenue, cash flow, cost control and profitability.

• Manage client relationships, contracts, claims and commercial risks.

• Drive resource planning, operational performance, quality and HSE standards.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• 25+ years of overall experience, including substantial HV/EHV transmission line project experience, preferably 380 kV and above.

• At least five years of relevant project and operational experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in leadership roles.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, large teams and full P&L.

• Strong commercial judgment, contract administration and knowledge of Saudi utility standards and regulations.
