About the Role
Qanbar Ready Mix Company is looking for a Dispatch Clerk to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on managing and coordinating customer orders for ready-mix concrete supply, ensuring accurate scheduling and on-time delivery.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
The Dispatch Clerk is responsible for receiving, recording, coordinating, and following up on customer orders and ready-mix supply bookings. Core tasks include:
- Receiving orders and verifying concrete type, quantity, location, timing, and special requirements.
- Confirming prices and contractual/accounting terms with the sales team.
- Scheduling supply based on plant capacity, truck availability, and established priorities.
- Following up on daily bookings, handling conflicts and constraints, and continuously updating schedules.
- Informing dispatch, transport, and plant departments of orders, and monitoring truck movement and delivery operations.
- Following up on delays, urgent orders, additions, postponements, and cancellations.
- Providing customer service, offering accurate updates, and escalating critical complaints when necessary.
- Recording amendments and cancellations and notifying all relevant parties.
- Updating the booking system and preparing daily and periodic schedules and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
This role requires a candidate capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Required experience is:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field.

The Dispatch Clerk works in a dynamic environment that requires constant coordination with sales, plant, dispatch, transport, and quality departments to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.
