Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying developing and coordinating strategic growth opportunities across all Saudi Liebherr Company divisions and business units.

The role focuses on market development strategic customer engagement key account management major project tracking and business expansion initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position serves as a central coordinator across divisions to capture cross-selling opportunities strengthen market presence and support the companys long-term growth objectives.

This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide business development initiatives across all divisions.
• Identify growth opportunities within construction mining maritime energy industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Support the preparation of proposals tenders strategic presentations and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate market-entry strategies for new products services and target segments.
• Maintain visibility on major projects and investment programs across the Kingdom.
• Leading the Localization and any other Government Initiatives in improving the Local Content and competitiveness of the Company
• Promote collaboration between divisions to maximize market penetration and customer coverage.
• Support annual strategic planning and business forecasting processes.
• Ensure business development activities comply with SLC policies and Liebherr Group standards.
• Provide regular market intelligence competitor insights and strategic recommendations to management.
