About the Role
We are looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead the marketing of our architectural scale-model line in Saudi Arabia and to own GoldenMena’s marketing end to end: strategy, content, design and channel management. You will work remotely from Egypt and report directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Scale Models Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Build and execute the marketing plan for our architectural and engineering scale models in the Saudi market.

• Target real-estate developers, government entities, mega-project owners, contractors and engineering consultancies.

• Turn our model portfolio into premium visual content: project showcases, detail close-ups, lighting effects, production stages and short videos.

• Create sector-specific content for residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, infrastructure and master-plan models.

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, targeted campaigns and content that reaches project directors and marketing heads at development companies.

• Prepare sales materials for the models line: catalogues, brochures, company profiles, presentations and project sheets.

• Plan and deliver marketing for real-estate exhibitions and events: booth visuals, pre-event campaigns and live coverage.

• Keep the scale-models sections of our website updated and optimized for search (SEO).

• Monitor competitors in the Saudi scale-models market and report opportunities.

2. Strategy & Brand

• Develop a monthly marketing and content plan aligned with the company’s goals.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

3. Content Creation (Arabic & English)

• Write professional posts, articles and case studies in Arabic and English for executives and decision-makers.

• Write and edit copy for the website, proposals and presentations.

4. Graphic Design & Video

• Design posts, carousels, infographics, banners and ad creatives.

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube content.

• Use AI tools to speed up production without compromising quality.

5. Channel Management & Paid Campaigns

• Manage and grow our accounts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube, and support the Founder’s LinkedIn presence.

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, X and Meta within approved budgets.

• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and deliver a monthly performance report with recommendations.

6. Additional Tasks

• Support Chinese-language content for international partners (for Mandarin speakers).

• Any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Architecture, Design or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation and graphic design.

• Proven experience marketing real-estate, architectural, engineering or construction products to a B2B audience (strong advantage).

• A strong portfolio of design and content work (mandatory).

• Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory).

• Excellent Arabic copywriting in Modern Standard Arabic, suitable for a Saudi and Gulf audience (mandatory).

• Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.

• A strong eye for architectural visuals: lighting, angles, composition and premium presentation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva; InDesign is a plus.

• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).

• 3D visualization skills (Blender, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar) are a plus.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube, including their ads managers and B2B lead generation.

• Experience with the Saudi/GCC real-estate market or exhibitions such as Cityscape is a plus.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.

• Own laptop, licensed software and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
