I want him to handle the following tasks:

1. Attracting brands such as perfumes, sweets, restaurants, pharmacies, and cafes.

2. Communicating with the expansion and investment departments of major companies.

3. Sending leasing offers and company profiles.

4. Negotiating with companies and investors.

5. Following up with clients until contracts are signed.

6. Searching for new brands that wish to expand.

7. Managing the database of companies, email, and correspondence.

8. Preparing weekly reports on opportunities and contracts.

9. Managing company accounts on social media platforms for real estate marketing purposes.
