Direct and manage all maintenance operations across all hotel departments and facilities to

ensure maximum operational efficiency, uphold luxury service standards, enhance guest satisfaction, and strictly adhere to the hotel's approved quality and safety protocols

Responsibilities :

• Direct supervision of the maintenance team and distribution of daily tasks based on work priorities and operational plans.
• Follow up on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical issues, ensuring repairs are carried out according to established procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with local regulations, and approved health and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to meet their technical and routine maintenance needs.
• Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
• Submit regular reports to the direct manager regarding the condition of facilities and equipment, technical needs, and budget requirements.
• Ensure prompt response to guest maintenance requests to maintain guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Preserve hotel property, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Oversee the training and development of technicians, enhancing their skills to meet hotel maintenance requirements.
• Comply with all internal hotel policies and procedures and ensure their implementation by the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of practical experience as a Director of Maintenance Management in the hotel/hospitality industry.
