Recruitment Manager (f&b Hospitality)

Job Summary

Our Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. This is a crucial role based in our Riyadh office dedicated to building the teams that drive our success in the F&B and Hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B and Hospitality sectors.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding.

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and define clear job requirements.

* Utilise various sourcing channels including job boards professional networks social media and industry contacts to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.

* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

* Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and best practices in talent acquisition.

* Track analyse and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar senior recruitment role.

* Demonstrable experience and a strong track record of recruiting specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) and/or Hospitality industry is essential.

* In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.

* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

* A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

* Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market would be a significant advantage.
